JCL Investments Inc. is a privately owned, second-generation construction company with decades of experience delivering heavy civil construction projects throughout Newfoundland and Labrador. From our operations in Corner Brook and Conception Bay South, our people take on projects across the province, including work in remote and technically demanding environments.
Our capabilities span road and highway construction, bridges and structures, excavation and earthworks, site development, asphalt paving, forestry and right-of-way work, snow clearing and other specialized civil infrastructure.
