Clearing of right-of-way and construction of access for a 60 m wide corridor extending approximately 250 km across Newfoundland's Great Northern Peninsula. The project included clearing more than 1,160 hectares, constructing approximately 200 km of access road, and completing approximately 80 bridge crossings.
