Construction, through multiple contracts, of approximately 237 km of rural collector highway connecting Labrador's South Coast with Happy Valley-Goose Bay. In addition to roadbed construction, the work included four bridges at the Kenamu River, Otter Brook, Travespine River and Travespine Tributary; three were reinforced-concrete structures, while the Kenamu River crossing used a steel pony-truss configuration on concrete foundations.
Upgrading, through multiple contracts, of approximately 313 km of Route 500 between Wabush and Happy Valley-Goose Bay in Labrador. Work included road widening and improvements to horizontal and vertical alignments to support the higher RCU80 design standard.
Realignment of approximately 8 km of Route 510 in Labrador between the Pinware River Bridge and Country Cat Pond.
