JCL Investments delivers heavy civil infrastructure throughout Newfoundland and Labrador, with experience in bridge construction, replacement and rehabilitation as well as the earthworks and approaches that support transportation projects. Our project history includes work on major provincial transportation infrastructure, including projects connected with the Trans-Labrador Highway.
Our capabilities extend beyond the bridge structure itself. JCL crews perform excavation, road construction, pile and foundation work, site preparation and related civil works, allowing multiple phases of a project to be coordinated by an experienced heavy civil team.
